Steadfast City Economic & Community Partners is a consulting firm based in St. Louis with a mission to Develop Better. Through an integrated team, Steadfast City weaves together government, business, real estate, civic, social, and philanthropic sectors to create positive economic and community outcomes for our clients on their expansion, development, or investment projects.
Steadfast City deploys experts in Credits & Incentives, Grants, Community Planning and Economic Development to work on projects across the Unites States. Our projects intersect and overlap with each team uniquely, highlighting the importance of being able to tunefully interweave various community and economic development stakeholders. This unique model answers the needs many cities, businesses, real estate developers, and not-for-profits have of not just bringing all the voices together, but of creating a harmonious sound.
Where else we are
Steadfast City rehearses from its artist’s loft in St. Louis, Missouri as well as its creative office in downtown Rochester, New York. The band has steadily grown to include employees across the Midwest (St. Louis, Chicago, Tennessee), Great Lakes (Northeast Ohio), Northeast (Rochester and New York City) and Southeast/South Central (Alabama, Texas).
